专业介绍 Program Introduction
汕头大学医学院附属肿瘤医院成立于 1994 年 11 月 28 日，是粤东地区唯一一所 集预防、医疗、教学和科研为一体的非营利性三级肿瘤专科医院。在省、市各级 领导的关心支持和李嘉诚先生的鼎力资助下，医院得到快速发展，已成为粤东地 区的肿瘤防治中心。
医院现开放床位 704 张；全院职工共 703 人，设有放疗科、胸部外科、乳腺外 科、腹部外科、头颈外科、妇瘤科、中西结合科、呼吸肿瘤内科、消化肿瘤内科、 乳腺肿瘤内科、淋巴瘤与血液肿瘤内科、生物治疗科、泌尿外科、介入治疗科、 家庭病床科、重症监护室等 30 多个临床和医技科室。另有 7 个研究中心。
Founded in 1994, Shantou University Cancer Hospital (STUCH) is one of the leading cancer centers for patient care, research and teaching, ranked 17th among all cancer hospitals in China. As the sole nonprofit cancer hospital in East Guangdong Province with a population about 22 million, STUCH currently has04 licensed beds, more than 30 departments including oncology, surgical oncology, pathology, medical laboratory, clinical oncology education and cancer research. Many physicians and professional researchers are devoted in finding new tumor markers, uncovering novel mechanisms, practicing minimal invasive operations, and developing pioneering targeted cancer therapies in several research centers such as Thyroid Surgery Research Center and Guangdong Provincial Key laboratory for Breast Cancer Diagnosis & Treatment.

导师简介 Biography：
肿瘤学博士，肿瘤内科副主任医师，汕头大学医学院附属肿瘤医院乳腺肿瘤内科 副主任，广东省乳腺癌诊治研究重点实验室副主任。美国加州大学旧金山分校 （UCSF）访问学者。澳大利亚墨尔本大学 Peter MacCallum 肿瘤中心访问学者。 主要从事乳腺癌等恶性肿瘤的基础与临床研究。研究方向包括： 1）乳腺癌发生 发展转移及耐药机制研究；2）免疫靶向药物在乳腺癌中的研发及应用研究；3） 基于大数据的乳腺癌分子标记物及流行病学研究。以第一或通讯作者在《Cancer Letters》等国际知名刊物发表论文超 20 篇。针对三阴性乳腺癌临床治疗中容易 出现化疗耐药的重大难题，揭示三阴性乳腺癌上皮间质转化和顺铂化疗耐药的关 键信号传导通路具体机制，并提出靶向 NOTCH1/MCAM 信号轴将为克服三阴性 乳腺癌化疗耐药提供新的策略。
Dr. De Zeng, PhD. in Oncology, Associate chief physician, Deputy Director of The Department of Breast Oncology, Cancer Hospital of Shantou University Medical College; Deputy Director of Guangdong Provincial Key Laboratory of Breast Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment; Visiting scholar of University of California San Francisco (UCSF), Visiting scholar of Peter MacCallum Cancer Center, University of Melbourne, Australia.
Dr. Zeng is a medical oncologist specializing in the treatment of breast cancer and a clinician scientist who leads the Guangdong Provincial Key Laboratory of Breast Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment. His research team focus on discovering molecular markers of breast cancer and developing novel therapeutics and immunology of breast cancer.

导师简介 Biography：
彭汉伟，毕业于中国顶级医科大学，中山大学，获得博士学位。迄今在汕头大学 医学院附属肿瘤医院从事临床工作 16 年。目前是汕头大学医学院附属肿瘤医院 头颈科主任，医学院兼聘教授，是华南地区广东省最著名的头颈外科专家之一。 彭教授的兴趣点在于头颈部肿瘤的临床研究，尤其是头颈癌根治性切除术后缺损
的修复重建；基础研究方面主要兴趣点在于头颈鳞癌的发病机制研究以及早期头 颈鳞癌的液体活检技术开发。迄今发表论文 76 篇，其中 15 篇被 SCI 收录。彭汉 伟教授指导的研究生有 15 人已经顺利毕业并成长为各自工作单位的优秀人才和 中坚力量。彭教授的在读研究生团队每周例行研究报告会， 官方语言为英语，因 此，只要能流利使用英语，您完全不必担心沟通问题。如果您有志于从事头颈肿 瘤外科，不管是临床研究还是基础研究，彭教授团队热情欢迎您的加盟。
Graduated at a top ranked medical university in China, Sun Yat-sen University with a PhD, Hanwei Peng has worked at Cancer Hospital of Shantou University for 16 years. He is now the chief of the department of head and neck surgery with a title of Professor recognized by the University. He is now one of the top ranked scholars in the field of Head and Neck Surgery in Guangdong Province in southern China. He is interested in clinical research focusing on head and neck cancers, particularly reconstructive surgery for head and neck defects following ablative surgery, as well as basic research in oncogenesis mechanism of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma and liquid biopsy for early diagnosis of head and neck SCC. He has published 76 papers, of which 15 papers have been indexed by SCI. 15 postgraduate students have been supervised by Prof. Peng, and all of them worked in their hospital as outstanding surgeons. Prof. Peng has established a team of postgraduate students, who routinely have research meeting every week using English. You need not worry about communication only if you can speak in English fluently. If you are interested in head and neck surgery, no matter clinical research or basic research, you are welcome to join their team.
