沈伶,医学硕士,硕士生导师,汕头大学医学院第一附属医院妇科主任医师。从 事妇产科临床工作 20 余年。主持完成广东省科研基金 1 项,汕头市科技项目 2 项。目前主持广东省科研基金 1 项,汕头市科技新项目 1 项。发表 SCI 论文 7 篇,核心期刊文章 6 篇。担任广东医学会妇产科分会第十一届,第十二届委员会 青年委员,广东省妇幼保健协会妇科专业委员会第一届委员会委员。
Ling Shen, who is the master's supervisor and the chief gynecologist of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College, has engaged in clinical work in obstetrics and gynecology for more than 20 years. She has not only presided over and completed one scientific research fund of Guangdong Province and two scientific and technological projects of Shantou City, but also published 7 SCI papers and 6 core journal articles. At present, she is in charge of one scientific research fund of Guangdong Province and one new scientific and technological project of Shantou City. Last but not least, she serves as the youth member of the 11th and 12th Committee of Gynecology and Obstetrics Branch of Guangdong Medical Association, and the first committee member of Gynecology Professional Committee of Guangdong Maternal and Child Health Care Association.

The Department of Gynecology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College is the diagnosis and treatment center of gynecological diseases in eastern Guangdong, and its endoscopic surgery has reached the domestic advanced level. It is also the authorized point for master's and doctor's degrees in obstetrics and gynecology and the training base for specialists in Guangdong Province. Undertaking the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Science Foundation of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province and other projects, it has published more than 20 SCI papers, 2 monographs and 3 medical audio-visual textbooks. It has won one third prize of Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, one first prize of Shantou Municipal Science and Technology Progress Award, and two second prizes of teaching achievements of Shantou University Medical College. More than 20 master students, more than 5 doctors and more than 2 post doctors have been trained.

黄樾,妇产科学(生殖医学专业)医学博士,生殖医学副主任医院。2019-2022 于 汕头大学医学院完成生殖医学专业博士后科研工作,主要进行辅助生殖技术对胚 胎及子代安全性的影响及机制研究。发现胚胎体外授精及培养过程中, 体外培养 条件无法完全模拟自然受孕胚胎体内发育环境,促使胚胎细胞产生 ROS 增加, 进而导致氧化应激性 DNA 损伤及染色体非整倍体形成(尤其是 X 染色体非整倍 体),而 DNA 损伤和染色体非整倍体形成可增加子代肿瘤发生风险,重点阐述了 子代肿瘤发病机制及预防措施, 并且积极推动无创植入前胚胎遗传学检查 (niPGT)技术的发展,尤其是完善 niPGT 技术进行胚胎基因组学分析,促进 niPGT 技术临床转化应用,以无创的技术挑选健康的胚胎,完善人类辅助生殖技 术,促进子代健康。主持、参与辅助生殖技术胚胎、子代安全性相关研究方向的 国家自然科学基金共三项,发表 SCI 文章 20 余篇,其中代表性研究成果以第一 作者身份发表于《Free Radical Biology and Medicine》(IF 8.101)、《Experimental and Molecular Medicine》(IF 12.153)等杂志上。目前于汕头大学医学院第一附属 医院生殖医学科从事临床工作,擅长于女性不孕症筛查与诊治,常见女性生殖内
分泌疾病诊治,生殖门诊常规手术操作等,并积极筹备植入前胚胎遗传学检查, 即第三代试管婴儿临床工作的开展。
Huang Yue, Female, Medical Doctor and Associate Chief Physician of Obstetrics and Gynecology (Reproductive Medicine). In my postdoctoral research work, I focused on the influence and mechanism of assisted reproductive technology on the safety of embryo and offspring. I found that the in vitro culture conditions, such as the culture medium, temperature, light, and oxygen concentration, which does not fully simulate the in vivo development environment, can lead to oxidative stress due to the production of excessive reactive oxygen species (ROS), causing DNA damage and developmental arrest in IVF-derived embryos. I also revealed that mild ROS mainly increased the risk of XCA formation in IVF mouse embryos through chromosome missegregation during the first mitosis. DNA damage and chromosome aneuploidy are closely associated with tumorigenesis, so I tried to reveal the pathogenesis and prevention of tumorigenesis in IVF offspring. Moreover, I are actively promoting the development and clinical translational application of the non-invasive preimplantation embryo genetic testing (niPGT) technology on genomic analysis, improving human ART and offspring health. I have presided over and participated in three National Natural Science Foundation of China in the related research directions. At present, Iam engaged in clinical work in the Department of Reproductive Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College, and good at the diagnosis and treatment of female infertility and reproductive endocrine diseases, while actively prepares for the development of clinical work of niPGT technology.

不孕症发病率近年来呈明显上升趋势,不仅是生殖医学领域中的重要疾病之一 , 亦是重大的社会问题。针对此现象, 以“体外受精”为代表的辅助生殖技术,成 为有效治疗手段,成功地解决了不孕不育等长期困扰医学界的难题。然而, 体外 培养条件并未能完全模拟人体自然受孕胚胎体内发育环境,其对子代的安全性的 影响等关键科学问题,尚需长期观察及研究。汕头大学医学院第一附属医院生殖 医学科是中国粤东地区首家具备丈夫精液人工授精、供精人工授精、体外受精 ― 胚胎移植及其衍生技术等辅助生殖技术开展资格的不孕不育诊疗机构。创下粤东 多项“首例”辅助生殖助孕成功的记录。成功挑战高龄、卵巢储备下降、反复试 管助孕失败、高序多胎手术减胎的疑难与高难病例。本科设有整洁、私密性强的 专科门诊、层流手术室、胚胎培养室、冷冻室、男科学实验室等工作区,拥有开 展不孕不育诊治和辅助生殖技术所需要的一整套设备,以及供科学研究的实验室。 本科拥有接受过生殖医学培训基地培训的高素质专业技术团队,以博士和硕士为 主体,具有扎实的临床和实验室操作能力。同时, 生殖医学科常年坚持并深入开 展基础与临床相结合的生殖医学研究,取得了累累的科研成果。
The incidence of infertility has shown an obvious upward trend in recent years, which
is not only one of the important diseases in the field of reproductive medicine, but also a major social problem. In response to this phenomenon, the assisted reproductive technology (ART), represented by the in vitro fertilization (IVF) technology, has become an effective treatment method, successfully solving infertility and other problems that have long plagued the medical community. However, the in vitro culture conditions can not fully simulate the in vivo embryonic development environment. Therefore, the impact of ART, especially oxidative damage induced by the in vitro culture conditions, on the safety of embryos and offspring need to be observed and studied for a long time. The Department of Reproductive Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College is the first diagnosis and treatment institution for infertility in eastern Guangdong of China that is qualified to carry out assisted reproductive technology such as husband's semen artificial insemination, donor sperm artificial insemination, in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer and its derivative technology. We successfully created the first IVF and ICSI baby in eastern Guangdong. We also successfully challenged high-difficulty cases of advanced age, decreased ovarian reserve and repeated failure of ART. Our department has clean and private clinic, laminar flow operating room, embryo culture room, embryo freezing room, semen processing room, specialized reproduction-related scientific research laboratory and other working areas. There is a high-quality professional technical team dominated by doctors and masters. At the same time, we has consistently and deeply carried out reproductive medicine research, combining basic and clinical study, and has achieved numerous scientific achievements, including many National Natural Science Foundation of China and SCI articles with more than 5 influencing factors.
