临床检验诊断学是现代实验室科学技术与临床医学各领域广泛渗透和交叉而发 展的一门新兴学科。随着分子生物学技术以及新的检验设备、检验试剂研发的不 断进展，临床检验诊断学在临床医学中的地位与作用日益突出。汕头大学医学院 的临床检验诊断学学科依托五家直属附属医院的医、教、研为一体的医学检验科， 其下设有临床基础检验、临床生化、临床免疫、临床血液、临床微生物、临床体 液、临床分子生物学、临床遗传学等八个专业实验室。五所直属附属医院的医学 检验科技术力量雄厚，拥有一支经验丰富的高素质专业技术队伍。共有检验人员 138 人，其中正高职称 16 人。 10 人具有博士研究生学历，硕士研究生学历人员 占 40%以上。各附属医院的医学检验科建立了良好的分子生物学和细胞生物学技 术平台，拥有较完善仪器设备条件的实验基地，检验质量的室间质评在全国及全 省评比中名列前茅。经过多年发展， 汕头大学医学院的临床检验诊断学专业已形 成三个特色鲜明的研究方向：①血栓与止血检验；②微生物学检验诊断；③肿瘤 分子诊断。到目前为止， 汕头大学医学院的临床检验诊断学学科共承担国家级科 研课题 4 项，省部级科研课题 16 项，发表 SCI 收录科研论文百余篇。汕头大学 医学院的临床检验诊断学专业于 2006 年获得硕士学位授予权，于 2011 年获得临 床医学一级学科博士学位授予权，近五年已培养研究生 30 余名。
Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics is a new subject which is widely penetrated and crossed in all fields of modern laboratory science and technology as well as clinical medicine. With the development of molecular biological technology, new detection equipment and in-vitro diagnostic reagents, the position and function of Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics in clinical medicine is becoming more and more prominent. The Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics discipline of Shantou University Medical College relies on the Department of Clinical Laboratory Medicine of five directly affiliated hospitals, which has 8 specialized laboratories, such as clinical general test laboratory, clinical biochemic laboratory, clinical immunologic laboratory, clinical hematologic laboratory, clinical microbiologic laboratory, clinical humoral laboratory, clinical molecular biologic laboratory and clinical genetics laboratory. Departments of Clinical Laboratory Medicine from 5 directly affiliated hospitals have strong technical force, with a number of experienced high-quality professional and technical teams. There are 138 technical staff, of whom 16 are in senior titles, 10 of whom have doctoral degrees, over 40% staff has master’s degree. Departments of Clinical Laboratory Medicine from 5 directly affiliated hospitals have established a good platform of molecular biological and cellular biological technology, with a better experimental base for equipment conditions, and the external quality assessment (EQA) ranks among the best in the country and the province. After many years of development, the Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics discipline of Shantou University Medical College has formed three distinct research fields: (1) thrombosis and
hemostasis, (2) microbiological diagnosis, (3) molecular diagnosis for tumor. So far, the discipline has presided over 4 national scientific research grants, 16 ministerial and provincial scientific research projects, published more than 100 scientific research papers (Science Citation Index sourced publication). The Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics discipline obtained the rights of master’s degree-conferring in 2006 and doctoral degree-conferring in first-class discipline of clinical medicine in 2011 respectively, and has trained more than 30 graduate students in the past 5 years.

导师简介 Biography：
尹俊，男，内科学教授，现任汕头大学医学院第二附属医院检验科主任，国际血 栓与止血学会会员，国际临床流式学会会员，中国研究型医院学会血栓与止血专 业委员会常务委员。中国医检整合联盟理事， 教育部学位论文评审专家，广东省 科技厅科技咨询专家。2002 年 7 月毕业于上海第二医科大学（现上海交通大学 医学院），获医学博士学位。2007 年 8 月至 2008 年 11 月在美国 Miami 大学 Miller 医学院做访问学者。长期从事血液病的临床诊治和基础研究工作。主持完成省部 级以上科研项目 10 项，发表 SCI 收录论文 20 余篇，参编医学专著 8 部。
Dr. Jun Yin, male, a professor of internal medicine, is currently the director of the Department of Clinical Laboratory Medicine of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College. He is also a member of the International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasias (ISTH), a member of the International Clinical Cytometry Society (ICCS), a standing member of the Professional Committee on Thrombosis and Hemostasis of the Chinese Research Hospital Association (CRHA), a commissioner of China Medical Examination Integration Alliance, an expert in doctorate and graduate dissertation evaluation of the Ministry of Education, and a consulting expert of Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Commission. In July 2002, he graduated from Shanghai Second Medical University (now named as Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine) and received Ph.D. and M.D. From August 2007 to November 2008, he was a visiting scholar at University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, USA. He has been engaged in clinical diagnosis, treatment and basic research of blood diseases for a long time and has presided over and completed 10 national and provincial scientific research grants, published more
than 20 papers included in SCI (Science Citation Index), and participated in editing 8 medical monographs.
