专业介绍 Program Introduction
汕头大学医学院基础医学系成立于 2021 年 12 月。学科具有“基础医学”和“生物 学”两大一级学科的博士点和博士后流动站，具备学士、硕士、博士学位和博士 后的完整培养体系。基础医学专任教师 94 人，其中博士生导师 19 人、硕士生导 师 39 人。超过 94%的教师具有博士学位，超过 50%的骨干教师有海外留学经历。
学科平台雄厚、专业门类齐全： 拥有包括国家重点学科、广东省重点学科， 以及 一大批省部级重点科研平台。建有基础医学研究所， 学科门类齐全、研究方向和 硬件设施完备，包括肿瘤研究中心、病原与免疫学中心、心血管中心、医学信息 学中心、再生医学中心、生物医学中心、睡眠医学中心、精准医学中心、神经科 学中心、干细胞研究中心等共 10 个研究中心，是集基础医学研究及高层次研究 人才培养为一体的教学科研机构。此外， 还拥有教育部国际合作联合实验室、粤 港新发传染病联合实验室、广东高校分子诊断与个体化医疗协同创新中心、潮汕 沿海地区高发肿瘤分子生物学广东省高校重点实验室等多个省部级及省高校重 点实验室。
研究条件先进、科研设施高端： 李嘉诚基金会捐资 4 亿余元人民币，建成了具有 国际先进水平的科研大楼，面积 4.5 万平方米。具备国际先进水准的中心实验室、 实验动物中心等研究条件，拥有一大批国际顶尖的科研仪器设备，建成系列具有 先进水平的科研技术平台。
The Department of Basic Medicine of Shantou University Medical School was founded in December 2021 by the convergence of the strength of two former first-class doctoral degrees of "basic medicine" and "biology", and has a complete training system of bachelor, master, doctorate, and post-doc programs. The department gathered a group of 94 full-time faculty, including 19 doctoral supervisors and 39 master supervisors. More than 94% of the teachers have a doctorate degree, and more than 50% of the backbone teachers have overseas study experience.
Strong discipline bases, multidisciplinary programs: It has strong discipline platforms, including national key disciplines, Guangdong Province, and many provincial and ministerial key scientific research platforms. Multidisciplinary programs have been established within a total of 10 research centers, including tumor research center, center for pathogens and immunology, cardiovascular center, medical informatics, regenerative medicine, biomedical center, sleep medical center, precision medical center, neuroscience center and stem cell research center. being an integration of teaching and scientific research institution of the basic medical research and high-level research personnel training. In addition, it also has several key laboratories of provincial
and provincial colleges and universities, including the Joint Laboratory of International Cooperation, the Joint Laboratory of Emerging Infectious Diseases of Guangdong and HongKong, Guangdong Molecular Diagnosis and Personalized Medical Collaborative Innovation Center, and Guangdong Key Laboratory of Molecular Biology in Chaoshan coastal Areas.
Advanced research conditions and high-end scientific research facilities: The Li Ka- shing Foundation has donated more than 400 million yuan to build an internationally advanced scientific research building, covering an area of 45,000 square meters. With international advanced central laboratory, laboratory animal center and other research conditions, with many international top scientific research instruments and equipment, built a series of advanced level of scientific research and technology platforms.

1) 微丝结合蛋白在肿瘤细胞 DNA 损伤响应中的功能和分子机制；
2) 利用肿瘤糖代谢设计生物荧光探针进行肿瘤检测，靶向与治疗。 Research Field：
1) Exploring roles and mechanisms of actin and its binding proteins in cancer cell DNA damage response;
2) Using metabolism biomarkers to develop new bio-fluorescent probes suitable for cancer detection, targeting and therapy.
导师简介 Biography：
程银伟，博士，副教授。2014 年获得复旦大学遗传学专业博士学位，毕业后先后 赴沙特阿拉伯阿卜杜拉国王科技大学和美国 Emory 大学从事博士后研究工作。 2017 年 4 月入职汕头大学医学院基础医学博士后流动站，主要研究微丝结合蛋 白的翻译后修饰在肿瘤发生与转移中的作用与机制，2019 年 12 月出站后留校工 作。主持中国博士后科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年基金 1 项、广东 省自然科学基金 1 项。以第一/共同第一/通讯作者在 elife，Cancer communications， Chemical Communications，FEBSJ, Frontiers in Genetics 等杂志上发表研究文章。 目前已培养硕士研究生 5 名，共同培养博士研究生 3 名。主要研究方向为细胞骨 架蛋白微丝及其结合蛋白在肿瘤细胞 DNA 损伤修复中的功能和分子机制；利用 肿瘤糖代谢设计生物荧光探针用于的肿瘤检测、靶向与治疗。
Dr. Yinwei Cheng is currently an Associate Professor in the Institute of Basic Medical Sciences, Cancer Research Center, Shantou University Medical College. She received her PhD degree in genetics from Fudan University, Shanghai, China in 2014.After two short post-doctoral research experiences at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), Saudi Arabia and Emory University School of Medicine, she started work at Shantou University Medical College as a post-doctoral fellow in 2017, mainly focusing on exploring the mechanism and function of actin-binding proteins posttranslational modification in human carcinogenesis and cancer metastasis. After finished post-doctoral research, she got an associate professor position in Shantou University Medical College in 2020. Dr. Cheng has presided a China Postdoctoral Science Founding project, a NSFC Youth Funding project and a Natural Science Founding of Guangdong Province project. As a first/co-first/corresponding author, she has published research papers in top-class journals such as, eLife, Cancer Communications, Chemical Communications, The FEBS Journal and Frontiers in Genetics. Until now, Dr. Cheng has supervised/co-supervised 5 master students, 3 PhD students.
Her current research interests include exploring roles and mechanisms of actin and its binding proteins in cancer cell DNA damage response, using metabolism biomarkers to develop new bio-fluorescent probes suitable for cancer detection, targeting and therapy.
