专业介绍 Program Introduction
汕头大学医学院精神病与精神卫生专业强调“结合人文关怀理念，整合医学概念， 开拓国际化视野”的培养模式，打造适应“生物-心理-社会”现代医学模式的教 育品牌。精神病与精神卫生专业已累计招收 180 余名博士和硕士研究生，为社会 培养了一批精神医学专业人才。
本专业拥有一支科研、教学、临床经验丰富的教师队伍， 27%具有博士学位，22% 具有海外留学或工作经历。获得“中国医师协会杰出精神科医师”称号 2 人，获 得“李嘉诚基金会卓越教学奖” 1 人。专业方向覆盖临床精神病学、生物精神病 学、睡眠医学、儿童精神病学、老年精神病学、心身医学、临床心理学、司法精 神病学和康复医学等。
专业特色包括：
1. 具有完整的“本科-硕士-博士-博士后”人才培养体系；
2. 以高度人文关怀的办院理念和“建筑园林化、管理开放化、生活家庭化和治 疗综合化”的管理模式被国内专家誉为我国“二十一世纪精神病院发展模式 的雏形”；

Psychiatry and Mental Health program is based on our core training model which emphasizes “humanistic idea, integrated medicine and international view”, and we apply “biological-psychological-social” medical model as our main educational frame. We have trained over 180 Master and Ph.D. students in our program, and they have become the excellent professional
Our teachers and researchers are experienced in research, teaching and clinic. Of them 27% are Ph.D., and 22% have international study or work experience. Two persons are awarded as “Chinese Doctor Association Excellent Psychiatrist” by Chinese Doctor Association; one person is awarded with “Li Ka Shing Fundation Excellent Teaching Award” by Li Ka Shing Fundation. The major research fields include clinical psychiatry, biological psychiatry, sleep medicine, child and adolescent psychiatry, geriatric psychiatry, psychosomatic medicine, clinical psychology, forensic psychiatry and rehabilitation medicine.
The features in Psychiatry and Mental Health include:
1. The complete psychiatry medicine training system from undergraduate level to postdoctoral level;
2. Our core value is highly humanistic concern and our core management strategy includes four aspects, which are garden-like architecture, open management, family-like living and comprehensive therapy. This management strategy is praised as the primitive model for 21 century mental hospital in China.
3. A biological psychiatry research platform Shantou Medical University- University of Manitoba Joint Biological Psychiatry Laboratory, and extensive international collaboration and academic exchanges.
4. A top-level Sleep Medicine Center and Child and Adolescent Development and Growth Center, with aims of meeting people’s health needs and training psychiatric experts with diverse views and knowledge.

导师简介 Biography：
张瀚迪，博士，副研究员，汕头大学精神卫生中心实验室主任，广东省医学会精 神医学分会青年委员， 中华医学会精神科分会青年委员（2013-2015），《伤害医 学（电子版）》编委，《国际精神病学杂志》青年评审。 我的主要研究兴趣包括生 物精神病学、精神神经免疫学、慢性疲劳等相关领域。 我的研究工作主要利用动 物模型探索精神障碍的发病机理。我们实验室建立了小鼠慢性社交挫败模型，利 用这个模型探讨慢性应激提高应激相关障碍发生的生物学基础，并主要聚焦在白 质损伤和免疫炎症改变方面。我们还建立了睡眠剥夺伴间歇休息的慢性疲劳大鼠 模型，利用这个动物模型研究疲劳和病理性疲劳的发生机制，尤其是其神经生物 学和神经炎症机制 。2013 年至今获得国家、省部、市厅等各级科研基金资助 8 项，研究成果在国际及国内学术会议及专业期刊发表。
Handi Zhang, MD, Ph.D., Associate Researcher, the Head of the Biological Laboratory of Shantou University Mental Health Center, the member of the Young Committee of the Chinese Medical Association Psychiatry Association (2013-2015), the member of the Young Committee of the Guangdong Medical Association Psychiatry Association, the member of the editorial board of the journal Injury Medicine (online), the young reviewer of Journal of International Psychiatry. My
major research interest focuses on the fields related to biological psychiatry, psychoneuroimmunity, and chronic fatigue. We take use of animal models to investigate the pathogenesis of mental disorders. In my lab, we have established chronic social defeat stress mice model to examine how stress increases the susceptibility of stress-related disorders in term of biological mechanism. We are especially interested in the white matter damage and immune-inflammatory changes under stress. Another animal model we employ is rat fatigue model induced by sleep-deprivation accompanied intermittent rest. On this model, we investigate the neurobiological and pathological mechanisms of fatigue and pathological fatigue with a focus on neuroinflammation. Since 2013, I have received 8 research funding from national, provincial and municipal levels, and my research work has been published in journals including Neurobiology of aging, Schizophrenia research, Neuroscience bulletin and so on.

导师简介 Biography：
李韵，女，医学博士，教授，博士研究生导师，博士后合作导师，汕头大学医学 院睡眠医学中心主任。入选中国科协青年人才托举工程； 入选广东省杰出青年医 学人才（第一批）；入选“扬帆计划” 引进青年博士项目；2018 年澳大利亚睡眠研 究会（ASA）职业发展奖获得者。
2011年获得汕头大学临床医学硕士学位（七年制）； 2015年获得四川大学华西临 床医学院临床医学博士学位。2014-2017年在美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学进行访问 学者和博士后工作。李韵博士2017年8月开始在汕头大学医学院，汕头大学精神 卫生中心工作，创建粤东地区首家集医疗、教育和科研为一体的综合性睡眠医学 中心，填补了原来粤东地区无睡眠障碍专业医疗服务、无睡眠医学专科教育平台 和高水平科研支撑的空白。
李韵博士重点研究方向为睡眠呼吸障碍和失眠两大睡眠疾病的临床特征和机体 各系统疾病的相关临床研究，共发表学术论文40余篇，单篇最高他引次数100余 次，累计影响因子240。参编包括《沈渔邨精神病学-第六版》和《精神病学（第 三版研究生教材）》等专著/指南/教材5部。主持10项科研基金：国家自然科学基 金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年基金、广东省教育厅项目、广东省科技厅项
目、广东省医学科研基金和广东省高校特色创新（自然科学）项目等。第一作者 研究论文被美国心脏协会评为2015年度最佳临床研究论文（每年仅评2篇）。
主要社会任职包括：中国睡眠研究会第六届理事会理事；中国医师协会睡眠专业 委员会精神心理科学组副组长、中国研究型医院学会睡眠医学专业委员会常务委 员、广东省医师协会睡眠医学专业医师分会常务委员、广东省医师协会精神科医 师分会青年医师专业组副组长等。
Prof. Yun Li, she is a Professor of psychiatric, Director of Sleep Medicine Center of Shantou University Medical College, Shantou, China.
Prof. Yun Li received her Bachelor (2009) and Master (2011) degree of Clinical Medicine at Shantou University, China and received her Medical Doctorate degree majoring in Psychiatry (2015) at Sichuan University, China. She spent 4 years (2013-2017) at Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine (Hershey) mentored by Dr. Alexandros N. Vgontzas for Post-doctoral Scholar training. She received a certificate for psychiatry in China in 2011 and in 2017 became Professor at the Shantou University Medical College. She has published 45 journal papers (h-index 15), total IF > 240, co-edited 5 books, and hosted more than 10 research grands. Her research interest is on sleep disorders (i.e., insomnia and sleep apnea) and cardiovascular issues.
