专业介绍 Program Instruction
汕头大学医学院病理学科是国家重点学科,是汕头大学最早获得硕士点和博士点 授权的学科, 目前已形成学士-硕士-博士和博士后高层次人才培养体系。病理学 课程是汕大医学院新教学模式的核心改革课程,于 1999 年开展 CPC-PBL 教学改 革,随后于 2004 年被评为广东省精品课程,2006 年获国家精品课程,2008 年被 评为国家级教学团队和国家级双语教学示范课程,2016 年被评为首批国家及精 品资源共享课,2021 年评为广东省一流课程。
该团队主要从事潮汕高发肿瘤食管癌现场流行病学调查、分子遗传病理和早期生 物标记研究。近十年来, 团队共承担国际合作项目 1 项、国家及省部级科研课题 40 余项,发表 SCI 论文 90 余篇(近年来在食管癌癌变分子病理机制研究取得较 大进展,研究成果发表在胃肠病顶级学术刊物《Gastroenterology》,影响因子 20.77 分),国家发明专利 4 项。
本学科有 8 名教授,3 名国外客座教授,3 名副教授以及多名助教等近 30 名工作 人员。
The Pathology Department is a key department within SUMC and a main contributor to the highly regarded Pathology & Pathophysiology national key discipline at SUMC. We successfully introduced CPC-PBL (Clinico-Pathological Conference (CPC) - Problem Based Learning (PBL) in 1999. Our program has been granted as the quality course of Guangdong province in 2004, national quality course in 2006, national bilingual model course in 2008, national quality resource sharing course in 2016, and first- class undergraduate course of Guangdong province in 2021.
The Pathology Department focus on esophageal cancer (EC) research of Chaoshan area, including epidemiological investigation, molecular pathology and early detection biomarker analysis. The department has witnessed a steady increase in research projects in recent years. Several of these projects were supported by the Chinese National Natural Science Foundation or Guangdong Province. Over 90 scientific papers have recently been published in leading SCI-listed journals. The research about genetic alterations in esophageal tumorigenesis was published on Gastroenterology (IF=20.77). Four invention patents were obtained.
The department is currently have around 30 members including 8 full professors, 3 foreign guest professors, 3 associate professors, and several lecturers and assistant professors.

苏敏,汕头大学医学院国家重点学科---特聘教授、博士生导师、博士后合作教授; 加拿大阿尔伯特大学医学院联合培养博士生导师;荷兰格罗宁根大学联合培养博 士生导师。病理尸检主检医师,授权签字人。汕头大学司法鉴定中心机构负责人, 主任法医师。广东省教育厅高校国际合作平台食管癌分子遗传国际合作平台负责 人。汕头大学病理学国家精品课程负责人、案例式病理学国家双语示范课程负责 人,广东省首届高校名师。
曾留学日本京都府立医科大学病理学教研室与临床病理部,并赴英国剑桥大学 MRC Cancer Cell Unit Hutchison/MRC Research Centre、德国墨尼黑科技大学 humangenetik、瑞典 LUND 大学短期访问学习。 1999 年至今任潮汕食管癌剑桥 大学合作项目中方负责人,领导的团队主要从事食管癌现场调查、家族食管癌危 险因素与早期癌变生物标记研究。
先后主持国家自然科学基金 9 项、国家自然科学基金国际合作重大项目 1 项(主 持人之一)与国家自然科学基金广东联合基金重点项目。国家强制性职业卫生标 准《尘肺病理诊断标准》(GBZ 25-2014)项目与出版配套诊断图谱负责人;新冠 肺炎病理尸检操作指南专家共识起草牵头人。发表 SCI 论文 30 余篇(均为第一 或通信作者),主编中英文病理相关教材5部。获国家发明专利 3 项。

Research expertise and Highlight of Career Achievements in research:
1. Clinical trial
Min Su had participated in the clinic trial about Pathological diagnosis and molecular pathological diagnosis by thyroid crude needle aspiration which had won science and technology progress award of ministry of health of China (Su M et al.,1991. Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism).
2. Epidemiological investigation
Min Su’s team established cancer registry network to investigate the incidence rate of cancer in Nan’ao island, especially the incidence rate and the pedigree of esophageal cancer in collaboration with local health authorities. (Su M et al.,2007. Eur J Epidemiology).
3. Molecular genetics of cancer
a) To identify the biological maker in the malignant transformation of esophageal cancer, the team performed the next generation sequence to explore the genetic variations in the multistage carcinogenesis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma progression and identified several early driver mutated genes could be tumor early diagnostic marker (Liu X et al.,2017. GASTROENTEROLOGY).
b) To identify the genes that underlie susceptibility to esophageal cancers, the team have identified several susceptibility markers by genetic linkage analysis and whole genome sequencing.
c) To identify the consanguineous relationship among populations along the coastal and inland esophageal cancer high risk population.

导师简介 Biography:
田东萍,汕头大学医学院病理学教授,医学博士,形态实验中心主任,硕士研究 生导师,汕头大学司法鉴定中心--法医病理鉴定人。广东省第三届、四届病理医 师协会副主任委员,广东省细胞生物学会副理事长。国家医师资格考试临床类别 试题开发专家委员会委员。
1983 年西安医学院医疗系本科毕业后留校在病理学教研室任教。历任助教、讲 师、副教授、 1999 年调入汕头大学医学院病理学教研室任副教授、2002 年晋升 病理学教授至今。1995 年获得硕士学位。2000 年获得西安交大医学部博士学位。 注重临床病理工作与教学相结合。在承担临床病理诊断和法医病理司法鉴定工作 中收集到大量的临床病例和尸体解剖案例用于教学。其教改项目" 以问题为中心 的和谐式、开放式 CPC 病理学教学法研究"获国家级教学成果二等奖(第二完成 人),担任中、英文《图解病理学》副主编(人卫出版社出版)和面向 21 世纪《病 理学》教材副主编、多次在教师公开授课比赛中获奖(一等奖、二等奖) 并获优 秀授课教师称号。
曾从事硒、碘对脑神经发育的影响研究,甲状腺慢性炎与上皮间质转化关系研究, 肥大细胞在心源性猝死中的意义研究;食管癌,贲门癌早期病变病毒感染和癌变 机制的研究,近年来关注干燥综合征唇腺活检病理诊断和临床的研究。作为主持 和主要成员完成国家自然科学基金面上项目 4 项。主持广东省自然科学基金和中 国博士后基金各一项,曾在国内外发表第一作者发表论文 30 余篇。
Dongping Tian, Professor. She got M.D. and Ph.D. Degree in Pathology from Xian Medical University respectively in 1995 and 2000. After graduation, she worked as Assistant, Lecturer and Associate Professor at Dept. of Pathology in Xian Medical College for 15 years. And then she works as a Professor at Dept. of Pathology of Shantou University Medical College. M.D. Supervisor qualification at Shantou University Medical College. She has 26 years’ experience of teaching in Pathology and part time in clinical pathology and forensic pathology. She got multiple honors and rewards of Outstanding Teacher for teaching student abroad and medical students. She has engaged in the diagnosis of clinical pathology and tumor research. She devoted attention to the introduction of new techniques of neural precursor cell (stem cell) culture and had offered new courses: “Pathobiology”, “Ultrastructural Pathology” . Presided over and undertaken several National Natural Science Foundation of China and Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province. She published textbooks “A Graphic of Pathology” and “Pathology” as a second chief editor. She and her cooperators have published more than 20 papers, in which 7 papers were cited by SCI. Now, she put attention on these research areas: esophageal carcinoma and tumor stem cell.

刘淑慧,医学博士,病理学副教授,硕士研究生导师,病理学教研室副主任。英 国牛津大学 Weatherall Institute of Molecular Medicine 访问学者。主持国家自然科 学基金、广东省自然科学基金和广东省“教学质量与教学改革工程”建设项目,发 表多篇科研和教学论文。主要科研方向: 消化道肿瘤的发病机制。参编病理学教 材 1 部,主编《基于器官系统的 PBL 案例丛书》分册。教育部高校在线国际平 台建设项目《General Pathology(病理学总论)》全英在线课程负责人, 广东省一 流课程《病理学》第二负责人。
Shuhui Liu, PhD, Associated Prof. & Associated Director, Department of Pathology, Shantou University Medical College. She used to be a visiting scholar of Oxford University for one year. She is the principal investigator of NSFC project and Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province. She has published widely on medical scientific research and education research. 导师简介 Biography:
刘茜,博士,病理教研室助理研究员,法医物证鉴定。2009 年本科毕业于苏州 科技学院生物技术专业,2012 年硕士毕业于暨南大学免疫学,2017 年博士毕业 于汕头大学医学院病理学与病理生理学专业。
2013 年-2017 年参与了多项国家自然基金的申请,结题以及课题研究, 目前主持 国家青年基金一项。以第一作者发表 SCI 两篇,其中博士期间的研究内容发表于 胃肠道 TOP 杂志 Gastroenterology。目前研究方向为肿瘤发生发展过程中遗传变 异的研究并承担部分教学工作。

顾江,教授/博导,英国伦敦大学皇家医学研究生院博士,美国 NIH(NCI)博士 后。现任汕头大学医学院病理学与病理生理学系主任、分子病理实验室主任、汕 头大学“分子诊断和个体化医疗”协同创新中心主任。多项国家 863 项目、国家自 然科学基金重点项目和面上项目主持人、4 项美国 NIH 科研基金(RO1)项目首 席科学家。主研项目曾获国家自然科学奖二等奖、中华医学会自然科学二等奖、 教育部自然科学一等奖、中国高等学校十大科技进展等奖项,均为第一完成人。 获北京市劳动奖章。发表 SCI 论文 180 余篇(绝大部分为第一或责任作者),主 编出版病理学专著(英文)7 本,中文专著 1 本。 2014 年至今,连续名列爱思 唯尔(Elsevier)中国高被引学者之列, 2021 年全球学者库网站公布的全球顶尖 科学家排名(中国基础医学)前 50 名榜单(病理学排名第一)。曾任中国医师协 会常务理事,中国医师协会病理科医师分会会长、名誉会长, 亚太免疫组化病理 协会主席、名誉主席, 中国医学教育协会基础医学教育分会会长等职。顾江教授 在美国任教多年,曾任美国南阿拉巴马州立大学(USA)正教授,纽约州立大学 (SUNY)正教授,回国后曾任北京大学基础医学院院长,病理系主任,北京大

Professor Jiang Gu, Graduated from Royal Postgraduate Medical School (RPMI), University of London (PhD in Pathology). Postdoctoral at National Cancer Institute (NCI), National Institute of Health (NIH), USA. Currently, he is the Chair of Department of Pathology and Pathophysiology at Shantou University Medical College (SUMC). Former Vice President of Shantou University, Dean of Shantou University Medical School, Former Dean of Peking University School of Basic Medical Sciences, Former President of Chinese Pathologist Association. Published over 180 papers in SCI journals and 7 books in pathology in English. Editor-in-chief of USA SCI journal (AIMM) in molecular pathology for 30 years. Obtained many national awards in research grants (including 4 RO1 research grants from NIH, USA) and prizes for research excellence. Main research interests are in the fields of immunopathology, molecular pathology, mechanism of immune evasion and infectious diseases.

导师简介 Biography:
张国红博士系汕头大学医学院病理学教研室副教授。
2013 年开始致力于寻找家族性原发干燥综合征(pSS)、系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)、类 风湿性关节炎(RA)共有的遗传易感基础。筛选出pSS 、SLE 与 RA 共享突变基因 主要集中在 T 细胞受体(TCR)通路。接着, 致力于寻找自身免疫性疾病发病过程 中 TCR 通路激活的机制。利用普通转录组与单细胞转录组技术,在自身免疫性 疾病患者中找到了巨核细胞数目增多及其分化调控转录因子的显著高表达。提出 科学假设:巨核细胞数目的显著增多,其增加 MHC-II 分子的抗原提呈效应,可 能是 TCR 通路激活的始动因素。目前,主要致力于解析巨核细胞数目增多背后, 是否有巨核细胞通过重编程实现细胞身份的改变
Dr. Zhang is an Associated Professor at the Department of Pathology of Shantou University Medical College.
Since 2013, he embarked on an exciting research journey to explore the interconnection between genetic variants and familial autoimmune diseases (Rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus and primary Sjogren's syndrome).
After finding the genetic variants in the T cell receptor pathway, he is very interested in understanding what endogenous antigen trigger the activation of T cell receptor pathway during the autoimmune disease, and how it is affected by the hormonal. Using the bulk and single-cell RNA-seq in peripheral blood from patients with autoimmune disease, they identified the increasing number and up-regulated expression of transcription factors of peripheral megakaryocytes, which process and present endogenous antigens on MHC classes. Most recently, he is studying how megakaryocyte contribute for fibrosis of targeted organs including lung and joint, during autoimmune disease via cellular reprogramming.

林常敏,医学博士,组织学与胚胎学教授,博士研究生导师,再生医学研究中心 主任;汕头大学医学院教务处副处长(挂职),医学教育评价与研究中心主任。
林常敏教授自 2002 年以来从事组织工程化毛囊的系列研究已 19 年余,在该研究 领域已有较好的前期积淀,主持和参与国家自然科学基金项目 6 项、省级项目 2 项,承担的国家自然科学基金青年项目(微环境变化对基底层表皮干细胞分化方 向的影响,30801196)和面上项目(miRNA 在毛乳头诱导毛囊再生中的作用及 其机制,81171832)已分别于 2010 年和 2015 年顺利结题,2019 年再次取得国 家自然科学基金资助(面上项目,毛乳头细胞分泌蛋白 SDF-1 诱导毛囊再生的 机制研究,81972957);作为第一作者或作者、通讯或共同通讯作者,在主流学 术杂志发表研究论文 30 余篇,SCI 收录 18 篇;作为主编或编委出版医学教育专 著(译著等)7 部,获得美国发明专利 1 项、中国国家发明专利 4 项和实用新型 专利 10 项;2007 年获得广东省科学进步奖三等奖(第 2 完成人), 2018 年获得 汕头市优秀专利发明人奖;2013 年开始指导大学生参与科研竞赛,至今获奖 6 项(国家级 3 项,省级 3 项)。

Chang-Min Lin, MD, professor of histology and embryology, Ph.D. supervisor, director of the Regenerative Medicine Research Center; Acting Deputy Director of the Academic Affairs Office and Director of the Medical Education Evaluation and Research Center of Shantou University Medical College.
Since 2002, Professor Lin has been engaged in the study of tissue-engineered follicles for more than 19 years. She has presided over or participated in 6 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NNSFC) and 2 by the provincial government. Among these, one youth project (Effect of niche changing on the differentiation of epidermal basement membrane stem cells, PMID 30801196) funded by the NNSFC and one general project (The function of miRNA in the dermal papilla induction of hair follicle reconstruction, PMID 81171832) were successfully concluded in 2010 and 2015, respectively. In 2019, Prof. Lin obtained funding for another project (The Mechanism of Hair Follicle Induction by Dermal Papilla Cell Secretary Protein SDF-1, PMID 81972957) from the NNSFC. As the first author, co-author, corresponding author or co-corresponding author, she has published more than 30 research papers in mainstream academic journals, 18 of which were SCI papers. Also, as an editor or editorial board member, she has published 7 medical education monographs (including translated works), and obtained 1 invention patent in the United States, 4 national invention patents in China, and 10 utility model patents.

王典,博士学位,副研究员(内聘研究员),硕士导师/博士副导师/博士后合作导 师,现就职于汕大医学院法医学教研室,任副主任;英国牛津大学访问学者 (2018.9-2019.8), 医学院全英教师,兼任汕头大学司法鉴定中心主任。广东省 自然科学基金评审专家, 法医临床/法医病理学司法鉴定人。发表学术论文 73 篇
(SCI 收录 30 篇),主持国家与省部级课题 5 项。
Wang Dian, Ph.D., associate Prof. Supervisor / Associate Supervisor of Ph.D, Postdoctoral Co-Supervisor, is now working in the Department of Forensic Medicine of Shantou University Medical College (SUMC) as Deputy Director; Visiting Scholar of Oxford University, UK (2018.9-2019.8), All English Teaching Faculty of SUMC, Director of Shantou University Forensic Identification Center. An expert in Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Foundation and a forensic identification expert in clinical forensic science and forensic pathology. Dr. Wang has long-term focused on the research about cardiovascular diseases, especially on the mechanism of sudden cardiac death (SCD). He has published 73 academic papers (30 SCI papers) and has presided over 5 national or provincial research projects.

谢晓俊博士,副教授,主要利用果蝇等模式动物以及相关细胞系研究发育和肿瘤 发生过程中的细胞信号处理,基因表达以及代谢调控等基本问题,并开展基于核 酸和蛋白小分子的应用研究。 谢博士主持或参与的项目受到包括国家自然科学 基金,广东省教育厅,汕头市科技局,美国国立卫生研究院,美国心脏协会的资 助。相关论文发表于 PLoS Biology,PNAS,JCI 等杂志。
Dr. Xiaojun Xie serves as an associate professor in SUMC. He mainly uses Drosophila and related cell lines to study the basic issues in cell signal processing, gene expression and metabolism in development and human diseases. He is also interested in developing new technologies based on nucleic acids and small proteins for biomedical research and disease diagnosis. The work of Dr. Xie was supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education, the Shantou Science and Technology Bureau, the National Institutes of Health, and the American Heart Association. Related papers have been published in PLoS Biology, PNAS, JCI etc.
