导师简介 Biography：
汕头大学医学院教授，博士生导师。广东省乳腺癌诊治研究重点实验室主任， 广 东省科学学与科技管理研究会医学研究专委会主任委员，南开大学化学学士，中 科院上海生化所硕士，中国医学科学院/北京协和医学院博士，UCLA 和 Baylor College of Medicine 博士后，Baylor College of Medicine 助理教授。研究方向为乳 腺癌耐药机制/靶向治疗新策略，发表相关论文 40 余篇，课题组目前在研课题 21 项。
Yukun Cui, Ph.D., Professor of Biochemistry and Oncology, Director of Guangdong Provincial Key Laboratory of Breast Cancer Diagnosis & Treatment. Dr. Cui is an established scientist devoted in uncovering novel mechanisms underlying cancer drug resistance and developing pioneering targeted therapeutic regimes. He published more than 40 peer reviewed papers and his team is currently funded by 21 research grants.

医院现开放床位 704 张；全院职工共 703 人，设有放疗科、胸部外科、乳腺外 科、腹部外科、头颈外科、妇瘤科、中西结合科、呼吸肿瘤内科、消化肿瘤内科、 乳腺肿瘤内科、淋巴瘤与血液肿瘤内科、生物治疗科、泌尿外科、介入治疗科、 家庭病床科、重症监护室等 30 多个临床和医技科室。另有 7 个研究中心。
Founded in 1994, Shantou University Cancer Hospital (STUCH) is one of the leading cancer centers for patient care, research and teaching, ranked 17th among all cancer hospitals in China. As the sole nonprofit cancer hospital in East Guangdong Province with a population about 22 million, STUCH currently has04 licensed beds, more than 30 departments including oncology, surgical oncology, pathology, medical laboratory, clinical oncology education and cancer research. Many physicians and professional researchers are devoted in finding new tumor markers, uncovering novel mechanisms, practicing minimal invasive operations, and developing pioneering targeted cancer therapies in several research centers such as Thyroid Surgery Research Center and Guangdong Provincial Key laboratory for Breast Cancer Diagnosis & Treatment.

导师简介 Biography：
彭汉伟，毕业于中国顶级医科大学，中山大学，获得博士学位。迄今在汕头大学 医学院附属肿瘤医院从事临床工作 16 年。目前是汕头大学医学院附属肿瘤医院 头颈科主任，医学院兼聘教授，是华南地区广东省最著名的头颈外科专家之一。 彭教授的兴趣点在于头颈部肿瘤的临床研究，尤其是头颈癌根治性切除术后缺损 的修复重建；基础研究方面主要兴趣点在于头颈鳞癌的发病机制研究以及早期头 颈鳞癌的液体活检技术开发。迄今发表论文 76 篇，其中 15 篇被 SCI 收录。彭汉 伟教授指导的研究生有 15 人已经顺利毕业并成长为各自工作单位的优秀人才和 中坚力量。彭教授的在读研究生团队每周例行研究报告会， 官方语言为英语，因 此，只要能流利使用英语，您完全不必担心沟通问题。如果您有志于从事头颈肿 瘤外科，不管是临床研究还是基础研究，彭教授团队热情欢迎您的加盟。
Once obtained his MD and PhD degrees from Sun Yat-sen University, Dr. Hanwei Peng has worked at Shantou University Cancer Hospital for 16 years. He is a full professor and currently the department chair of the head and neck surgical oncology and the director of theroid research center. He is recognized as one of the leading figures in the field of Head and Neck Surgery in Guangdong Province in southern China. He is interested in clinical research focusing on head and neck cancers, particularly reconstructive surgery for head and neck defects following ablative surgery, as well as basic research in oncogenetic mechanisms of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, and liquid biopsy for early diagnosis of head and neck SCC. He has published 76 papers, supervised 15 postgraduate trainees now being successful physicians. All of his department co-workers are fluent in English. 作导师，中荷联合培养博士生导师，硕士生导师；全英教师；《解放军医学杂志》 编委，欧洲肿瘤医生协会（ESMO）会员，广东省自然基金项目评审专家，广东 省高层次人才评审专家，广东省青年科学家协会会员，广东省医学会乳腺病学分 会委员，广东省医疗行业协会乳腺专科管理分会委员，广东省中医药学会甲状腺 疾病防治委员会委员，广东省基层医药学会中西医结合乳腺病专业委员会委员， 汕头市抗癌协会乳腺癌分会常务委员。
从事普外科临床及科研工作多年，曾应邀前往意大利锡耶纳大学医学院，澳大利 亚西澳大学医学院等进修学习（乳腺疾病综合诊治、乳腺肿瘤整形技术、乳腺癌 规范化全程管理及临床科研训练）。主持广东省自然科学基金项目 3 项，广东省 创新强校青年资助项目 1 项，李嘉诚基金会交叉学科研究重点项目 1 项，第一作 者或通讯作者发表 SCI 论文 12 篇，总影响因子 50 分以上。担任“International journal of cancer” ，“Cancer Letter”， “Cancer cell International”，等十余个 SCI 期刊独立审稿人。评审工作获得受同行评议权威网站 Publons 认可，获得 2018、 2019 年度 Publons Peer Review Awards。被知名 SCI 杂志“Cancer Cell International” 评为 2018 年度 Top 10 Reviewer。获第四届 “全国科技工作者日”汕头市优秀科技 工作者。教学上曾获得第七届全国医（药）学院校青年教师基本功比赛获三等奖， 汕大医学院青年教师教学比赛第 1 名，青年全英教师教学比赛二等奖。被评为汕 头大学教书育人优秀代表； 2018 、2020 年度“优秀规培师资”。

Dr. Lin has been engaged in clinical and scientific research of general surgery for many years. Dr. Lin has been invited to the Medical School of University of Siena in Italy and the Medical School of University of Western Australia for further study (comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of breast diseases, breast tumor plastic technology, standardized whole-process management of breast cancer and clinical scientific research training). Dr. Lin has hosted 3 natural Science Foundation projects of Guangdong Province, 1 Youth funding project for Innovative Strong Schools of Guangdong Province, and 1 key interdisciplinary research project of Li Ka Shing Foundation. Dr. Lin has published 12 SCI papers as the first author or corresponding author with a total impact factor of more than 50 points. Dr. Lin has been the
independent reviewer of International Journal of Cancer, Cancer Cell International, and more than 10 SCI journals. The Review work was recognized by the authoritative peer-reviewed website Publons, and was awarded the 2018 and 2019 Publons Peer Review Awards. Ranked as the Top 10 Reviewer of 2018 by SCI magazine "Cancer Cell International". Won the 4th "National Science and Technology Workers Day" Shantou outstanding Science and Technology workers. In terms of teaching, he won the third prize in the seventh National Basic Skills Competition for Young Teachers in Medical colleges and universities, the first prize in the Teaching Competition for Young Teachers in Medical College of Shantou University, and the second prize in the Teaching Competition for Young English Teachers. Rated as excellent Representative of Teaching and Education in Shantou University and "Excellent Training Teacher" in 2018 and 2020 respectively.
