导师简介 Biography：
本人是心血管内科主任医师，汕头大学医学院第二附属医院心血管内科主任。 2008-2011 年就读于南方医科大学南方医院内科学（心血管病）专业，期间到美 国科罗拉多州丹佛学校心胸外科实验室从事内皮细胞炎症研究，2011 年获得南 方医科大学博士学位。2012 年 10 月至 2013 年 4 月到加拿大曼尼托巴大学学习 英语教学，同年回国后获得医学院全英教师资格证。
我的研究主要是人冠状动脉内皮细胞的炎症机制和反应，特别是其在动脉粥样硬 化方面的机制。最近也开始从事主动脉内皮细胞炎症反应在主动脉瘤的发生发展 方面。近几年发表了一些高影响因子的文章。2013 年获得国家自然科学基金项 目资助，2015 年获得广东省自然科学基金项目资助，并获得其它一些项目资助。
I am a Chief physician, Director of Cardiovascular department of 2nd affiliated hospital of SUMC. I conducted research into inflammation in the cardiothoracic surgery department of University of Colorado, Denver, USA from 2009 to 2011. I got my degree of medical doctor in Southern Medical University in
2011. I also got All-English teaching license of Medical College in 2013.
I am very interested in the inflammation research of human coronary endothelial cells, especially related to the development of atherosclerosis and aortic dissection. I have published several high impact articles of endothelial inflammation in recent years. I got one National Nature Science Foundation of China in 2013, one Nature Science Foundation of Guangdong Province in 2015, and some other funding from different departments.

医学博士，主任医师，博士研究生导师，博士后合作导师，岭南名医。汕头大学 医学院附一院内分泌代谢科主任，汕头大学医学院全英授课教师。目前任广东省 医学会糖尿病分会委员，广东省医药质量管理协会糖尿病与内分泌专业委员会副 主任委员，预防医学会内分泌代谢病防治专业委员会常务委员，广东省医师协会 甲状腺专业医师分会委员，汕头市医学会内分泌-糖尿病学专业委员会常务委员。 2008 年 6 月在汕头大学获得病理学与病理生理学医学博士学位，近 30 多年一直 从事糖尿病的基础与临床研究，主持国家自然面上项目 1 项，广东省自然科学基 金 4 项，广东省科技计划 3 项、省医学科研项目 1 项、省中医药课题项目 1 项， 获汕头市市科技进步奖 4 项. 为 European Journal of Histochemitry ，International Journal of Clinical Practice ，Cell Biochemistry and Biophysics (CBB)等杂志的审稿 专家。发表学术论文 70 多篇，30 篇被 SCI 收录。培养硕士生 30 多名。博士研 究生 2 名。专长： 糖尿病、甲亢、垂体、肾上腺疾病及其他内分泌代谢性疾病诊 治。
Dr. Wencan Xu is a Doctoral and Postdoctoral Supervisor, Chief Physician and one of the Famous Doctors in Lingnan Region. Dr. Xu has served in several leadership capacities in Endocrinology and Metabolism, including responsibilities as a Board member of Diabetes Branch and Thyroid Branch of Guangdong Medical Association, Vice Chair of Diabetes and Endocrine Specialty Committee of Guangdong Medical Quality Management Association, Standing Board member of Endocrine and Metabolic Diseases Prevention and Treatment Committee of Preventive Medicine Association and Endocrine-Diabetes Specialty Committee of Shantou Medical Association. Dr. Xu received doctor's degree in pathology and pathophysiology from Shantou University in June 2008. He has been engaged in basic and clinical research on diabetes for more than 30 years. He presided over one project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, four projects of the Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province, three science and technology projects of Guangdong Province, one medical research project of Guangdong Province, and one project of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Guangdong Province, and won 4 Shantou City Science and Technology Progress Award. He is invited to review manuscripts for magazines such as European Journal of Histochemistry, International Journal of Clinical Practice, Cell Biochemistry and Biophysics. More than 70 academic papers have been published and 30 have been included by SCI. He has educated more than 30 master's degree students and 2 doctor’s degree students.
Clinical Interests：diagnosis and treatment of diabetes, thyroid, pituitary, adrenal diseases and other endocrine and metabolic diseases.

汕头大学医学院第一附属医院内分泌代谢科系国家“211 工程”重点建设学科，临 床医学一级学科内分泌学硕士点、博士点， 临床一级学科博士后流动站、药学博 士后流动站；专科医生培训基地；广东省临床重点专科；汕头大学医学院第一附 属医院重点学科；卫生部医疗质量万里行—骨质疏松症诊疗协作基地。广东省医 师协会内分泌代谢科医师分会副主任委员单位，广东省健康管理学会内分泌代谢 专业委员会常务委员单位，广东省预防医学会内分泌代谢病防治专业委员会常务 委员单位，广东省医疗行业协会内分泌代谢科管理分会常务委员单位等。
有教授、主任医师 4 名，副主任医师 7 名，博士、硕士生导师 6 名，博士后 2 名，博士学历医师 7 名。近年来， 本学科共承担国家自然科学基金项目 5 项、省 部级科研项目 7 项，近五年累计已经发表 42 篇 SCI 文章，获汕头市科技进步奖 一等奖、二等奖共 4 项；科研项目级别、数量为广东省广州市外最多的学科， 发表论文水平及科研成果各项指标位于粤东地区首位。
内分泌代谢科已建立本科-硕士-博士-博士后内分泌代谢专业完整培养体系。已毕 业硕士生 60 名，博士后出站 1 名，并在广东省内、外各自工作岗位发挥其骨干 作用，不少毕业生已成为各自医院的学科带头人。门诊量每天 200 多人次，每年 门诊诊治病人大约 6 万人次，病房每年收治病人 2500 多人次。本学科对内分泌 专业的常见病及疑难危重症的诊断、治疗水平与国内外水平逐步接轨。

There are at present 4 professors and chief physicians, 7 associate chief physicians, 6 supervisors for doctoral and master's degree, 2 postdoctoral researchers, 7 doctors
with doctoral degree, 36 nurses and 3 nurses specializing in diabetes. We have 47 hospital beds, 30 beds in the endocrine ward of a private tertiary hospital and 2 endocrinology outpatient clinics in another 2 hospitals.
In recent years, the department has undertaken 5 National Natural Science Foundation Projects and 7 provincial and ministerial-level scientific research projects. It has published more than 42 academic papers included in science citation index (SCI) and won first and second prizes of Shantou Science and Technology Progress Award. The index of published papers and scientific research achievements is at the top of eastern Guangdong.
The Department of Endocrinology and Metabolism has established a complete training system for undergraduate-master-doctor-postdoctoral endocrine and metabolism majors. There have been 60 master's degree graduates and 1 postdoctoral researcher finished station study, and they have played a backbone role in respective positions inside and outside Guangdong Province. Many graduates have become discipline leaders in their hospitals. We treat over 60,000 outpatients and 2,500 inpatients suffering from various endocrine and metabolic disorders every year. The level of diagnosis and treatment of common diseases and difficult and critical diseases of endocrine and metabolic disorders in the department is gradually in line with the level at home and abroad.

目前兼任广东省肾脏病健康教育学会副主委、广东省医师协会肾脏病分会常委， 广东省医学会肾脏病分会委员，汕头大学医学院学报审稿专家。 1985 年 7 月在 广东医学院医疗系本科毕业并获得学士学位，毕业后分配到梅州市人民医院内科 工作。1989 年 9 月-1990 年 9 月在中山大学第一附属医院肾内科和人工肾科进修 学习， 1993 年 10 月调至汕头大学医学院第二附属医院肾内科工作，2002 年 11 月被聘为肾内科主任医师， 一直从事肾脏疾病的临床、科研和教学工作，2012
年 12 月被任命为汕头大学医学院第二附属医院肾内科主任至今。 2016 年获得 汕头市科技进步二等奖一项，近 5 年来参与发表论文 20 篇，其中国内核心期刊 14 篇，SCI 6 篇，参与科研立项 4 项，其中省级课题 3 项。
Weiji Xie, professor, chief physician, is also the vice chairman of Guangdong Kidney Disease Health Education Society, the standing committee member of Kidney Disease Branch of Guangdong Medical Doctor Association, the committee member of Kidney Disease Branch of Guangdong Medical Association, and the peer reviewer of the Journal of Shantou University Medical College. Professor Xie graduated from the medical department of Guangdong Medical College and obtained a bachelor's degree in July 1985. After graduation, he was assigned to the internal medicine of Meizhou people's hospital. From September 1989 to September 1990, he advanced professional skills in the Department of Nephrology and artificial kidney of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat Sen University. In October 1993, he was transferred to the Department of Nephrology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College. In November 2002, he was appointed as the chief physician of Nephrology and has been engaged in clinical, scientific research and teaching of renal diseases. Since December 2012, he has been nominated to the director of Nephrology Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College. In 2016, he won the municipal class of the second award of scientific and technological advancement. In the past five years, he has participated in publishing 20 domestic and foreign papers and acquired 4 scientific research projects, including 3 Provincial-level projects.
肾脏病学 Nephrology
本学科（肾脏病学）始终坚持以临床重大科学问题为中心的，临床和基础研究紧 密结合的转化医学研究，重点探讨常见肾脏疾病的发病机制、综合防治作和预防 工作。并结合中国肾脏病的实际情况， 以 IgA 肾病、狼疮性肾炎、腹膜透析为 优先研究领域；同时，积极开展慢性肾脏病的流行病学调查，针对危险因素的社 区干预，为预防慢性肾脏病和减少尿毒症的发生率为重要目标，并为政府防治慢 性肾脏病提供科学依据。
汕头大学医学院第二附属医院肾内科现有正高职称 1 人，副高职称 2 人，硕士 导师 2 人，是集医疗、教学、科研和专业人才培养于一体的肾脏病诊断和慢性 肾脏病防治中心。近 5 年来，培养了硕士生 20 名,为专业学科的发展培养了高 素质人才。近 5 年发表科研论文 30 余篇，其中 SCI 收录论文 15 篇，获得汕 头市科技进步二等奖 1 项。
The Nephrology always adheres to centering on major clinical scientific problems, which is closely combined with clinical and basic research, focusing on the pathogenesis, comprehensive prevention and treatment and prevention of common kidney diseases. Our research center revolves around the actual situation of kidney diseases in China, where IgA nephropathy, lupus nephritis and peritoneal dialysis are the priority research fields. Furthermore, our center actively carries out epidemiological investigation of chronic kidney disease (CKD) and community
intervention against risk factors of CKD, which is an important goal to prevent CKD and reduce the incidence of uremia, and provide scientific basis for the government to prevent and treat CKD.
The Department of Nephrology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College has 1 senior professor, 2 vice senior professors and 2 master instructors, which is a kidney disease diagnosis and chronic kidney disease prevention and treatment center with the integration of medical treatment, teaching, scientific research and professional talent training. So far, 20 master students have been trained in the past five years. 导师简介 Biography：
长期从事消化系统疾病的临床和科研工作。在 2013 年到日本兵库医科大学做特 别研究员，2014 年获得国家留学基金委资助攻读该校博士学位。主要研究方向 是：非酒精性脂肪肝病和代谢性相关性疾病（肥胖、代谢综合征, 糖脂代谢）的 发病机制及预防。近年来在免疫代谢调节非酒精性脂肪肝病方面做了相应的研究 工作，主要在炎症细胞、炎症信号通路及炎症分子与胰岛素抵抗的关系方面做了 深入研究。对胰岛素抵抗的病理生理机制有较深理解，取得相应的研究成果并发 表了相关的 SCI 文章。同时， 开展消化前沿新技术粪菌移植，应用于临床，取得 良好效果；并致力于肠道菌群研究，将基础与临床相结合不断推进微生态领域的 发展，服务于患者。

消化病学 Gastroenterology
1.科室介绍：消化内科具有从事消化道疾病临床和基础研究的高素质和稳定的人 员队伍，医疗技术力量雄厚。在科主任荆绪斌教授的带领下， 科室一贯重视对危 重、疑难杂病的诊治工作； 消化科的工作作风一向以严谨科学、认真细致、规范 有序著称，病房的临床工作取得了很大成就。目前我科主要诊治消化系统疾病的 救治，包括消化道出血、肝昏迷、急性胰腺炎、肝衰竭等急症抢救， 及胃、十二 指肠溃疡、胃炎、肠炎、肝炎、肝硬化、消化系统肿瘤等的诊断和治疗。同时也 开展消化前沿新技术——粪菌移植术，应用于肠易激惹综合征、肠道艰难梭菌感 染、炎症性肠病、肝性脑病及慢性便秘腹泻等。医疗水平达到了国内先进水平。
2.科教成果：消化内科是硕士学位的授予点和博士后流动站，现有硕士生导师 4 名。承担包括临床医学专业《诊断学》和《内科学》理论和临床带教任务。在基 础研究方面，消化内科承担着国家自然科学基金、广东省科委、广东省自然科学 基金等众多研究项目，重点对食道、肝癌防治机制， 肠易激综合征、非酒精性脂 肪肝病的发病机制及治疗，肠道微生态（粪菌移植）进行研究，多项成果通过鉴 定，并获省市科技进步奖，并为临床一线治疗提供了可靠的理论基础。
The discipline is a Shantou City Key Clinical Specialty, Regional Center of diagnosis and treatment for Inflammatory bowel disease from IBDQCC, Collaborative Center for Esophageal Diseases from China Health Promotion Foundation. Currently the discipline has 40 beds, Digestive Endoscopy Center of 600 square meters. The
number of outpatients from Department of Gastroenterology is 3,500 or so one year. There are 4 people with senior professional titles and 1 with associate professional titles, including the "Famous Doctor of Lingnan Region", "Shantou scientific and technological innovation talents". In the medical teaching and research team, the proportion of Master Degree and Ph.D. is up to 81% and the teachers have overseas education experiences. Many professors serve as vice chairman of the Shantou Society of Digestive Diseases of Chinese Medical Association.
In the past five years, the discipline has undertaken more than 6 projects supported by the Foundation of National, Province, City, School. Nearly 10 SCI papers have been published. As the main unit to complete the projects, the discipline has won the first prize of Shantou Science and Technology Progress Award twice. The discipline distinguishes itself with the treatment of refractory Gastrointestinal bleeding, liver coma, acute pancreatitis, liver failure, liver cirrhosis, digestive cancer, inflammatory bowel disease. Especially, the cutting-edge new technologies and Fecal Microbiota Transplantation were carried out in our department. So far a number of patients were received gut microbiota reconstruction effectively, including irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, clostridium difficile infection, hepatic encephalopathy，
chronic functional constipation and functional diarrhea.

消化内科是汕头大学医学院第一附属医院的重点科室，为国家“211工程”重点 建设学科内科学的二级学科，是汕头大学硕士学位的授予点和博士后流动站。有 多名汕头市消化专业学术、技术带头人。专科业务发展方向包括炎症性肠病的早 期诊断与机制研究、肝纤维化、肝硬化门脉高压疾病研究、消化内窥镜的诊断与 治疗和消化道疾病介入技术治疗研究与应用。团队建立了首个粤东 IBD 病区诊 疗小组和专病门诊，建立患者病例数字化档案库、同时建立 IBD 患者微信群、 粤东 IBD 家园公众号。2015 年 1 月团队加入中山大学附属第一医院牵头的广东
IBD 联盟，成为首创联盟成员之一，2017 年 1 月团队加入吴阶平医学基金会中 国炎症性肠病联盟。2017 年团队课题《美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的有效浓度 分析研究》获广东省医学科研基金立项。2018 年 3 月团队参与完成中华医学会 肠外肠内营养学分会胃肠病与营养协作组《全国多中心炎症性肠病患者营养状况 横断面调查研究（SCRINI）》课题一项。2019 年团队课题《青少年炎症性肠病 患者焦虑抑郁状态及生存质量与临床特征关系的研究》获汕头市科技计划项目立 项。2020 年团队在《International Journal of Immunopathology and Pharmacology》 （JCR2 区，IF: 2.209）发表 1 篇病例报道、2021 年 1 月获评全国炎症性肠病诊 疗区域中心。
Gastroenterology is a key department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College. It is a secondary discipline of internal medicine, a key construction discipline of the national "211 Project". It is a post-doctoral mobile station and a master's degree awarding station of Shantou University. The specialty business development direction includes early diagnosis and mechanism research of inflammatory bowel disease, liver fibrosis, liver cirrhosis and portal hypertension disease research, digestive endoscopy diagnosis and treatment, and gastrointestinal disease interventional technology treatment research and application. The team established the first Eastern Guangdong IBD ward diagnosis and treatment team and specialized outpatient clinics, established a digital archive of patient cases, and established a WeChat group for IBD patients, an IBD home official account in Eastern Guangdong. In January 2015, the team joined the Guangdong IBD Alliance led by the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University and became one of the members of the first alliance. In January 2017, we joined the Wu Jieping Medical Foundation China Inflammatory Bowel Disease Alliance and the team's project "Analysis and Study of the Effective Concentration of Mesalazine in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis" was approved by the Guangdong Provincial Medical Research Fund. In March 2018, the team participated in the project of Cross-sectional Research on the Status of Nutrition of Multi-center Inflammatory bowel Diseases (SCRINI) of Gastrointestinal and Nutrition Collaborative Group of Parenteral Nutrition Branch of Chinese Medical Association. In 2019, the team's project “Research on the Relationship between Anxiety and Depression Status, Quality of Life and Clinical Features in Adolescents with Inflammatory Bowel Disease” was approved by the Shantou Science and Technology Project. In 2020, we published a case report in “International Journal of Immunopathology and Pharmacology” (JCR2 area, IF: 2.209), and was awarded the national inflammatory bowel disease diagnosis and treatment regional center in January 2021.
